Rules
Disclaimer: These rules are not an exhaustive list of punishable offences. Any rules listed here may change without notice. The excuse “I didn’t know that was against the rules” is not tolerated. Staff have full discretion over punishments; their decision is final.
Server Rules
Listen to staff and moderators, they can give you extremely helpful advice. As long as you are following the rules, they cannot force you to do anything, but remember the staff are the people deciding if you have broken any rules.
Inappropriate language (e.g. cursing, offensive speech, profanity, or sexual language) is not allowed, including acronyms for said language.
No spamming (that includes individual spam of the same message over and over, many people spamming the same message or an individual spamming random characters)
No inappropriate profile usernames, nicknames, skins, etc. This includes, but is not limited to: zalgo, blank names, unusual unicode, slurs, or any other offensive material. Administrators have the power to change your name; if this occurs, it will read something like “Name Changed”.
Notice we do not have an NSFW ("Not Safe For Work") content channel
ALL content must be safe for work. NO EXCEPTIONS.All messages sent in public chat and discord must be in English. Common phrases like “bonjour” and "hola" do not apply. Messages not sent in Minecraft public chat (commands such as /tell, /mail, or /msg) do not apply. Anything spoken in a discord voice channel (or chat channel dedicated to text from those channels) does not apply.
No advertising other servers (unless given permission by staff); this includes (but not limited to) Discord servers, Minecraft servers, and servers for other games. Posting your own content (NOT Discord servers; those still require permission) does not apply; post in the #promos-and-resources channel.
Do not leak personal information about other players without their consent.
Do not impersonate staff. Doing so can result in a ban or mute.
Do not hackusate (accuse someone of hacking) unless you can provide proof.
If you do find someone hacking, go to the #support-spam channel and type "rd/ticket new Hacking" and provide any helpful information (screenshots work best, if you have any, as well as any video evidence)Do not @mention staff unless it is extremely urgent; instead, create a support ticket in the #support-spam channel
If you have general feedback that cannot be dealt with on the Discord (ask around; many users can help, even if they are not staff), please send it to [email protected] and discuss your troubles there. Keep in mind we are a North-American server (owner is in Eastern Standard Time) and we do not reply right away; please allow 24 - 48 hours for a response
If you do not receive a response shortly after 48 hours, create a support ticket on the DiscordIf you think someone is violating server rules, please create a ticket in the #support-spam channel or send us an email
Please allow up to 48 hours for a response via email, 24 via DiscordDo not scam other players; this is not nice, and is a bannable offense both on our part and can be on Discord's part
Do not use a glitch, exploit or any unintentional way to play the game; report it to staff by creating a support ticket or tell a staff member (when they are on the server - they don't respond right away, so do /mail send playername Your message) immediately. Saying you were testing a bug/glitch/exploit will not be an excuse if staff catch you doing so.
Any modification to your game which gives an unfair advantage is not allowed; including, but not limited to: hacked clients, autoclickers, x-ray, flying, kill aura, jump boost, etc.).
Please use the correct chat channels at all times; if in a voice channel, use their respective chat channel to send messages.
When using text channels, do not use a self-bot. Any program running on your account that is able to perform actions through the Discord API are not allowed.
Discord bot commands are to be kept in their respective channels
Support commands through YAGPDB are to be kept in #support-spam
Do not ask for a staff position or ask a staff member to look over your application. Instead submit an application and wait patiently for staff members to go to it at their own time.
Do not bypass your ban with an alt. Appeal on the Discord using a support ticket, and wait for a response. If you bypass a ban with an alt and we find out, you will be IP-banned; if you bypass the ban while your appeal is being processed, you will also be ip-banned. Doing so will significantly lower your chances to come back. The same goes for a mute.
Redstone guidelines:
To minimize lag, please light up all Redstone machinery with torches or other light sources.
On that note, try to compact these structures.
Do not create traps involving portals or invisible portals to capture or kill players.
Minimize the amount of hoppers and pistons in your redstone.
Building and griefing guidelines:
Do not grief other people’s builds or land
Do not build offensive structures
Do not grief unclaimed land.
You can claim your land with our GriefPrevention plugin.
If the griefer was a part of that claim already, staff will NOT roll back property damage.
“Raiding” things like Chests, Droppers, etc. is allowed; breaking blocks to get to these things is not allowed
